Becore Norrmalm

Becore City is a training centre in Norrmalm, Stockholm, with a focus on the Lagree method and a wide range of group fitness classes. The studio's main concept is built around the Megaformer – a machine that combines strength, stability and endurance through slow, controlled movements.

In addition to Megaformer, Becore offers mat classes as well as BeatCycle, a rhythm-based cycling class. The timetable covers several forms of exercise suited to everything from recovery to intense cardio training. The premises are designed for instructor-led group sessions in smaller formats, allowing room for personal feedback and correct technique.

Becore is one of the few places in Stockholm that combines Lagree training with cycling and mat classes under one roof, and the studio also offers a digital platform with remote workouts. A good fit if you want varied, low-intensity strength training with high muscle activation – or if you want to complement other training with movement-based classes.
