sthlm barre’s concept is all about training simply, intelligently, and effectively. Barre is a workout inspired by pilates, yoga, and ballet. Cardio intervals and strength exercises are combined in a way that builds a strong, balanced, and graceful body. The exercises focus on working the muscles to fatigue for maximum strength building. **Good to know** * Enter through the gate and up the small staircase at the end of the alley on the right. * Barre socks are mandatory to wear. Special barre socks with grip are available for purchase in the studio. * Wear stretchy, comfortable workout clothes. * The studio opens 15 minutes before class. The door locks five minutes before class starts and closes 15 minutes after it ends. If you’re late, you won’t be able to enter. * There is one shower and one changing room. The changing room is mixed, and the shower is private. * Unfortunately, strollers cannot fit inside the studio and must be left and locked outside.
