Beyond Breath

Beyond Breath is a studio in Stockholm specialising in breathwork – guided breathing exercises for stress reduction, sleep improvement and nervous system regulation.

The offering includes live classes and online classes in breathwork, Soundscapes (guided breathing journeys with music), as well as in-depth courses and certifying training programmes: Grundkurs Breathwork, Certifierad Breathwork-instruktör (Level 1) and Trauma-informerad Breathwork-coach (Level 2).

The classes are held online, making it possible to participate from home, and the format is instructor-led with Linda Kirsebom as founder and lead instructor.

What sets Beyond Breath apart from broader yoga or meditation studios is the evidence-based approach – the focus is on the mechanics of breathing, biochemistry and the physiology of the nervous system rather than a purely spiritual tradition.
