BJJStrengthCoach.se is a personal training service in Saltsjö-Boo, Nacka, run by Tulle Edman – a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a certified personal trainer with over 30 years of training experience. The offering covers private sessions in BJJ and Submission Wrestling, strength training, conditioning, and tailored training programmes – including through the TrainHeroic platform with the programmes "Building Muscle – High Volume" and "Building Muscle – Medium Volume", both adapted for martial arts practitioners. Training takes place at Eastside Fight Center in Nacka.

Sessions are always individually tailored and conducted one-to-one, with a focus on technique, tactics, and long-term progression rather than quick results. What sets Tulle apart from many other personal trainers is the combination of deep martial arts expertise – he has trained under Alan "Finfou" Do Nascimento and has international competition experience in BJJ and SW – and an evidence-based approach to strength training.
