BK Örnen

BK Örnen is a boxing club on Södermalm in Stockholm with roots going back to 1921. The club offers a broad timetable with Motionsboxning for all levels, training for Ungdomar 12–15 år, an Avancerat session for those who want to reach sparring level, and a Matchgrupp for those aiming at competition. No pre-registration is required for most sessions, and open training is available before several of the coached sessions.

The atmosphere is inclusive and grounded in clear values of joy, community and respect – the club welcomes recreational participants and competitive boxers alike. With eight coaches and four training groups in the timetable, the operation is well organised without feeling large-scale.
