Blue Zense Yoga & Träning is located in Dalarö in the Stockholm archipelago and offers a wide range of yoga, personal training and health-promoting activities in a coastal setting.

The business covers yoga and mindfulness, personal training both individually and in groups, medical exercise and Physical Activity on Prescription (FaR), nutritional guidance, and the specialist concept Ryttarform – strength and movement training adapted for horse riders.

The premises are also used for meetings, conferences and corporate events, and the studio collaborates with, among others, Dalarö Gym and Smådalarö Gård Hotell & Spa. The atmosphere is calm and close to the archipelago, with activities that extend beyond the studio's own premises and out to businesses and partners in the area.
