CalmaVita Yoga Järfälla

CalmaVita Yoga, previously known as YogaDevi Järfälla, is a yoga studio located at Veddestavägen 24 in Järfälla. The studio welcomes both beginners and experienced practitioners and aims to create a warm and accessible environment where every visitor can move at their own pace without any pressure to perform.

The class offering is broad and covers several different yoga styles. Among these are Ashtangayoga, HathaFlow, Hatha & Yinyoga, MediYoga, Mjuk yoga & meditation, Coreyoga and Mindful fredag – a class that concludes with Yoga Nidra. In addition to the regular classes, workshops, in-depth courses and yoga retreats are organised, including trips to southern Spain. Anyone who books a course automatically receives a reserved spot each week throughout the entire course period.

The studio is connected to several wellness allowance providers, including Epassi, Benify and Edenred, making it possible to use your employer's wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag). Booking is done through the studio's own booking system and there is the option to purchase various types of yoga cards, including a summer card for unlimited training during the summer.
