Centralbadet

Centralbadet is one of Stockholm's most historic wellness destinations, located in the city centre at Drottninggatan 88, next to Brunnsparken. For more than 120 years the facility has offered spa, sauna, pools, medicinal baths, light therapy, a gym and a yoga studio – all gathered under one roof across just over 3,500 square metres. The yoga studio Andrum holds classes and courses, and other treatments include massage in several forms, facial treatments, detox and healing.

The environment is characterised by Art Nouveau architecture with listed interiors, giving a visit a character that differs markedly from modern boutique concepts. In addition to the baths there is the restaurant Ecobaren with an organic focus, a rooftop terrace and Centralbadsparken – a green garden that has received international recognition. From March 2026 onwards, the property is undergoing renovation; during this period treatments are offered in temporary premises at Engelbrektsgatan 5 by the same therapists as usual.
