Chris Tierney Personlig Träning

Chris Tierney Personlig Träning is a personal training studio in Hammarby Sjöstad in Stockholm, run by Chris Tierney, who has worked as a personal trainer since 2016. With an academic background in sports science and education, he offers individual training sessions of 60 minutes in his home studio.

The training method is based on functional training with a focus on fundamental movement patterns. The work begins with an analysis of posture and gait to identify any imbalances, followed by techniques to release muscle tension and improve breathing.
