CrossFit Unique

CrossFit Unique in Tyresö offers coached functional training and CrossFit for all levels, with the facility located at Thulevägen 21 — easily accessible by both car and public transport. The class offering covers WOD 45, WOD 60, T/S 60, SmallGroup, OLY (Olympic weightlifting), Förälder + Barn and Teamwod, and in addition there is an extensive OpenGym schedule running throughout much of the day. For beginners, a structured introductory course is offered, running two days a week over four weeks, followed by two weeks of free training.

The atmosphere is inclusive and coaching-focused — classes are instructor-led with up to 16 places, while SmallGroup sessions are smaller still, with room for eight. In addition to the regular classes, there is a 12-week programme called WeightTrainer for those who want to work on weight loss over a longer period and with support.

Suitable for those who are new to CrossFit and want a safe start with clear technical instruction, but equally for those who already train and are looking for a varied weekly schedule with specialist sessions in Olympic lifting or parent-and-child training.
