Delta Gym

Delta Gym is a well-established gym in Vasastan, Stockholm, located at Hälsingegatan 5. The facility was founded in 1992 and over more than three decades has developed a distinct training culture rooted in bodybuilding and fitness. The gym covers approximately 700 square metres and is staffed during all opening hours.

Members have access to a wide range of training equipment and are offered flexible membership options, from single-visit entry to annual subscriptions. Direct debit memberships are available both with and without a minimum contract period, and students and pensioners receive a 20 per cent discount. Wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) payment via Epassi is accepted. The gym has a team of personal trainers who work within their respective areas of specialisation.

In addition to the training floor, Delta Gym offers body composition measurement using InBody as well as its own supplement brand called Delta Nutrition. The gym welcomes both beginners and experienced practitioners and emphasises an inclusive atmosphere where recreational exercisers and competitive athletes train side by side.
