Din PT is a personal training studio in Sjödalen, Huddinge, run by Jesper Wahlund. The studio offers personal training sessions, group training, self-defence for women, physical training for children and obstacle course training – all under one roof at Lännavägen 37.

The studio is built around one-to-one training where the client is always the focus, with no other gym members or trainers in the way. Jesper is a certified obstacle course coach (Toughest Trainer) and ambassador for the OCR organisation Evolution Race in Denmark, making his expertise in OCR and obstacle course racing a clear hallmark of the studio. The setup is flexible – families can train together and contact with the trainer is possible around the clock.

Suitable for those who want a dedicated personal trainer without performance pressure, whether you are a beginner, a returning exerciser or preparing for an obstacle course race such as Toughest.
