Eastside gym & kampsport

Eastside Gym & Kampsportcenter in Saltsjö-Boo combines a well-equipped gym with a wide range of martial arts under one roof. On the gym side, classes include Cirkelpass, Bootcamp, Total Body Strength and Fitness boxning, while the martial arts offering covers BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu), MMA, Thai boxing, Submission wrestling and Boxing.

The atmosphere is community-oriented — the motto "If one eats, everyone eats" reflects an inclusive training culture in which togetherness is highly valued. The gym is open daily 06:00–23:00 with a staffed reception Monday–Thursday 16:00–21:00 and Friday 14:00–18:00, providing flexibility for both morning and evening training.

A good option if you live in the Nacka or Värmdö area and want access to serious martial arts training alongside regular gym sessions, or if you would like to try a trial class in BJJ, Thai boxing or MMA in a welcoming environment.
