Ekerö Träning & Massage

Ekerö Träning & Massage is a solo practice in Ekerö that combines wellness massage and personal training under one roof. The treatment offering includes classic Swedish massage in two formats – a full-body treatment of approximately 55 minutes and a back massage of 25–30 minutes – as well as tailored sessions where you choose the focus area yourself, for example leg massage, trigger point treatment, or a combination of several zones.

Behind the business is Peter, a trained wellness massage therapist from Stockholm Massage Academy and a personal trainer from PT-skolan in Stockholm, with a background as a gym owner in Solna and over 15 years as a football coach. Treatments are individually adapted and take place in a calm environment with appointments booked in advance. Alongside massage, Peter also offers coaching on weight loss and training programmes.
