EMS Sverige is located on Valhallavägen in Gärdet, Stockholm, and offers a combined range of EMS training, naprapathy, lymphatic massage and infrared sauna under one roof. The training method EMS – electrical muscle stimulation – is at the core of the business: a 20-minute session is said to be equivalent to several hours of traditional strength training, and all sessions are individually tailored from the very first visit.

The atmosphere is clinical and personal rather than large-scale – training always takes place one-on-one with an instructor, meaning each session is adapted precisely to your level and goals. What sets EMS Sverige apart is that founder Kajsa Bäckström is a certified Master Trainer for XBody in Sweden and also a licensed naprapath, which means that training and treatment can be combined with the same provider.
