energii - Stockholm City Centre

Energii is a Nordic reformer chain with origins in Denmark, founded in 2011 by Gitte Mia Salling. The chain established itself in Sweden in 2025 and has grown to a network of over 30 centres in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. The City studio is located in Norrmalm in Stockholm and is part of this expansion.

The offering centres on reformer pilates in a group format of 50 minutes. The training combines strength, balance, mobility and coordination using the reformer machine and its spring system. All instructors are trained at Energii's own Reformerskola under the guidance of the founder, who has more than 37 years of experience in the fitness industry. The concept is designed to suit a wide range of participants, from beginners and older adults to elite athletes and those in rehabilitation.

The studio offers several class types, including Classic Reformer Pilates and Signature Reformer, both 50 minutes long. Booking is done via the app or website, and new members can try three free trial classes with no commitment. Ongoing memberships are available in several variants, with unlimited training or a set number of sessions per month, as well as a reduced student price.
