Fightbox Slussen

Fightbox Slussen is one of three Stockholm locations for the training chain Fightbox, situated in Södermalm. The offering is broad and includes combat sports-inspired classes such as Muay Thai and HitWod, cardio formats such as Runbox, strength training through Barbell Club, and more unexpected additions like Discopump, Darkroom Yoga and Pilates — fourteen different training formats in total.

The atmosphere is energetic and concept-driven rather than a traditional gym feel; the formats are instructor-led group classes running over 170 times per week across the chain's three facilities. What sets Fightbox apart is the combination of combat sports and functional training with entertainment-oriented formats, all brought together under one roof.
