FLOWStockholm

FLOWStockholm is a pole and fitness studio located in Södermalm, at the address Högbergsgatan 93. The studio is part of the FLOW chain, which also has locations in Linköping, Örebro, Falun and Säffle, but is run with a local focus for Stockholm's students and participants.

The studio offers a wide range of courses and classes, including poledance, poledance in heels (inHeels), pole strength training, stretching and aerial. No prior experience is required to participate, and the teaching places emphasis on pedagogy and technique for all levels. The year is divided into five term periods with main course starts in January, May and August, as well as summer weeks and winter weeks with varying schedules.

In addition to regular training, FLOWStockholm offers group bookings for occasions such as hen parties, stag parties and corporate kick-offs, with themes including circus, burlesque, twerk, chairdance and cheerleading. There is also the option to train online and to complete instructor training through FLOW.
