Forca Fighting mma klubb

Forca Fighting is a martial arts club in Solna with roots going back to 2005, founded by brothers Visar and Sadri Kelmendi. The club offers training in MMA, submission wrestling (grappling), Thai boxing, wrestling and strength training — for beginners, recreational athletes, children and young people, as well as those aiming to compete at elite level.

Training sessions are led by an experienced coaching team, several of whom hold credentials as Swedish champions and national team members. The atmosphere is characterised by clear structure and respect for the training culture, with rules around punctuality, equipment and conduct in the facility. It is an instructor-led environment focused on technique and progression rather than open gym activity. Over the years the club has produced several professional MMA practitioners and won Swedish championships in submission wrestling, shootfighting and MMA.
