Good to go

Good to Go is a training centre on Kungsholmen in Stockholm that has been in operation since 2009 and since 2013 has had a permanent premises at Bergsgatan 30. The facility combines several disciplines under one roof: functional training, martial arts, personal coaching, and body therapy in the form of massage.

The studio's own martial arts system is called Mamori Budo and is taught by several certified instructors. Functional Fighting Fit is another programme concept that blends cardiovascular and strength training with martial arts-inspired movement patterns. In addition to group classes, personal training and Body Work Therapy are offered for recovery and mobility.

The team is led by founder Jo Hall, who is a qualified personal trainer, martial arts instructor, and massage therapist. Other instructors include Johanna, Inés, and Rezan, all of whom are active as Mamori Budo senseis. The studio caters to individuals, groups, and teams looking to improve their physical ability and everyday wellbeing.
