GYMMO

GYMMO is a gym located in Frövi, with opening hours stretching from early morning to late evening every day of the week. The facility caters to all fitness levels and offers a wide range of machines and free weights from well-known brands such as Hammer Strength, Life Fitness and Technogym. In addition to pure strength training and cardio, there are group fitness classes, WAG-workout, a solarium and treatments such as massage and life coaching.

The team behind the gym consists of owner Daniel Andersson, reception manager Emma Bärgel, gym attendant Tom Eriksson, treatment therapist Marie Adolfsson and dance instructor Philippe Doré. The reception is staffed on Wednesdays and Sundays during stated hours, but the premises are accessible for independent training every day. Membership is purchased easily via mobile phone and gives immediate access to the facility.

Memberships are divided into youth, adult and senior categories, with monthly fees by direct debit or fixed-price options for three, six or twelve months. New visitors are welcome to try a training session free of charge during staffed hours in order to experience the environment before making a decision.
