Hälsotorget Nagomi

Hälsotorget Nagomi is a small wellness centre with a Japanese focus, located in Södermalm in Stockholm. The business combines traditional Chinese and Japanese healthcare and offers two main branches: instruction in Yang-style taijiquan and a wide range of manual therapies.

The massage and treatment offering includes, among other things, Zen-Shiatsu, Tui Na (a traditional Chinese massage method) and CranioSacral therapy. The practitioner holds diplomas from Zen Shiatsu Association Japan, Axelsons Gymnastiska Institut and the Upledger Institute, providing a solid academic foundation in several therapy disciplines. The practice is open on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
