Impact Gym

Impact Gym, or IMPACT Kampsportcenter as it is officially known, is a martial arts club in Hägersten, located at Västberga Allé 1C – close to the Midsommarkransen metro station and the Årstaberg commuter rail station. Training is offered in Thai boxing (Muay Thai) and taekwondo, complemented by lunchtime training, circuit fitness, self-defence and personal training. The gym also has open gym areas and organises events and tiger parties for children.

The atmosphere is shaped by a club culture with a clearly stated set of values, rather than that of a purely commercial gym. Training is instructor-led in a group format and is aimed at both beginners and more experienced practitioners. What sets Impact apart from many others is the combination of serious martial arts and genuine club involvement – members train together, not merely alongside one another.
