Jumping Haninge

Jumping Haninge is a boutique gym in Handen, south of Stockholm, specialising in Jumping Fitness – exercise on a mini-trampoline – but also offering a wide range of other classes: Concept2 Rodd, BodyBike, HIIT & Run, Power Walk, Cirkelpasset and specialist classes. Personal training, PT Small Group, fitness testing and BikeFit are also part of the offering.

The atmosphere is personal and instructor-led, with a focus on ensuring every participant is looked after from their very first class. The studio uses the ACTIVIO heart rate system, meaning instructors measure your maximum heart rate during your first training session. What truly sets Jumping Haninge apart is their background: they were the general agent for the Jumping Fitness concept in Sweden from 2014 to 2018 and are today certified instructors and ACTIVIO Master Trainers. The studio is also a certified FaR facility and accepts participants with a prescription for physical activity.
