KA Kampsportslabbet

Kampsportslabbet is a training lab in Östermalm, Stockholm, located at Kommendörsgatan 16 – three minutes from Östermalmstorg. The offering covers functional training, martial arts, yoga and personal training, and four times a year an eight-week All-In-One Boot Camp is run, combining training with nutritional guidance.

The group training sessions – which include tabata, circuit training, intervals and barbell training – are held in a studio with a maximum of twelve participants, allowing for close feedback from the coaches.

Individual PT sessions can be tailored towards goals such as weight loss, strength, running or training during pregnancy, and the overall concept can be complemented with naprapathy treatments and lifestyle counselling.

The studio is run by Kevin Arroyo, who has a background in competitive martial arts and several specialist qualifications in personal training and nutrition – all coaches share that profile and compete or have competed actively.

Suitable for those who want structured, results-oriented training in a small group with a close coaching relationship, whether you are a beginner, a recreational exerciser or an active athlete.
