Kaivalya -Yoga Ayurveda Tantra

Kaivalya in Solna is a solo practice run by Radhika Svensson, offering individually tailored sessions in yoga, ayurveda and tantra — for individual clients as well as couples. Three traditions are woven together in the offering: classical yoga, ayurvedic treatments such as Abhyanga and Chi Nei Tsang, and tantric massage including yoni and lingam massage as well as Anahata Bliss, a heart-opening tantric massage. In addition, course formats are available, among them a seven-week Tantra Yoga programme.

The sessions are individually structured rather than group classes, meaning a close and personal encounter with Radhika in a calm space. The fact that she works alone across all three disciplines makes the whole distinctly different — it is an integrated practice rather than a traditional yoga studio.
