KI Gym Box - Campus Solna

KI Gym Box in Solna is a campus gym operated by Karolinska Institutet's Health Hub and is open to the university's students and staff. The gym at Berzelius väg 9 contains a functional training area with lifting platforms for weightlifting, as well as a cardio area equipped with rowing machines, curved treadmills, air bikes, bikes and cross-trainers. Adjacent to this is a sports hall where badminton, basketball, volleyball and table tennis can be played, as well as a studio room at Berzelius väg 3 that is suitable for yoga, dance and bodyweight training.

The environment is functional and campus-oriented rather than commercial. Access is managed via a dedicated booking system and the Wondr app, where scheduled classes can be booked. The gym is doping-free and is open every day of the week between 06:00 and 22:00.
