Kista Racket Center

Kista Racket Center is a racket sports facility located at Danmarksgatan 46 in Kista, a short walk from the underground station at Kista Galleria. The facility was founded on New Year's Day 1983 by Bo Bjuner and has since grown into a meeting place for children, young people and working professionals in the area. The offering covers badminton, squash, racquetball, table tennis, a well-equipped gym and a racket shop with sales and stringing services.

For squash there are four courts with a glass back wall, and the badminton courts can be booked in 60-minute slots. Rackets are available to hire or buy, and the centre also offers private lessons and group training in badminton. An experienced coach with a broad racket sports background holds private lessons for squash players at all levels. Courts are booked via the Court22 app or website, and payment is made at the time of booking.

Opening hours run seven days a week with varying times depending on the day. Pricing is divided into A, B and C time slots to reflect demand at different times of the day and week. Corporate fitness accounts are available, and the loyal staff — several of whom have worked at the centre since the 1980s and 1990s — contribute to a well-run and welcoming atmosphere.
