Kpop Nonstop

Kpop Nonstop (KNS) is a dance school in Stockholm that has been offering K-dance classes for all levels since 2012. The school is based at Fryshuset and brings dancers together around choreographies inspired by K-pop. Classes are divided into Level 1 through Level 4, as well as dedicated children's classes called KNS Kids I–IV and an advanced format called K-Stage Performance Lab. There is also a focused track, Level 2 – Girl Groups, for those who want to concentrate specifically on girl group choreographies.

Classes are led by a large team of instructors and run in a group format with scheduled times on weekday evenings and weekends. The atmosphere emphasises community and social enjoyment as much as technical development. As one of Sweden's oldest and most established K-dance organisations, KNS has built a community rather than a traditional dance studio, with its own events and creative projects alongside the regular timetable.
