Lidingö Pilates Yoga

Lidingö Pilates & Yoga Center is an established studio on Lidingö that combines pilates and yoga in a shared course programme. Since opening in 2007, the studio has offered courses for all levels and stages of life, with classes such as Beginners course in pilates (level 1), Pilates Matwork (level 1–2 and level 2), PYS – Pilates-Yoga-Styrka, De stress and Mamma-baby PYS.

Teaching takes place in fixed groups where the instructor gets to know participants over time – a format that prioritises continuity and personal development over drop-in flows. The studio was founded by Mia Eriksson Holst and teaches in both Swedish and English, making it accessible to English-speaking residents on the island.

Suitable for those who want to train regularly in a safe, guided environment, whether you are a beginner, a new mother, or looking for a calmer, more recovery-focused complement to other exercise.
