Mälarhöjdens gymnastikhall

SOL GF's team gymnastics section is part of the sports association SOL GF and runs team gymnastics at Mälarhöjdens gymnastikhall in southern Stockholm. The activities cater to gymnasts of various ages and levels, from beginners in foundation groups to elite practitioners, and are organised into a number of groups with names such as Miniortruppen, Ungdom and Junior in varying colour combinations.

The section offers a wide range of activities beyond regular training, including competitions at club and national level as well as training camps at various locations within and outside Sweden. The event SOL-cupen is a recurring fixture in the association's calendar.

The website sol-trupp.se serves as an internal information hub for coaches, team leaders and gymnasts rather than an external booking platform. It brings together routines, guidelines, inspirational material and practical information on topics such as training times, competition rules and training steps for leaders. The site is run by the team gymnastics section and is not SOL GF's official association website.
