Mälarö Träningsverk

Mälarö Träningsverk is an all-activity centre in Ekerö, just west of Stockholm, that has been running since 2003 and offers a wide range of training options under one roof. The class offering spans Hyrox, Verket and TLS Zone through to group fitness, a cycling studio, a yoga studio and AI-guided training via Biocircuit. In addition, there are targeted programmes such as Functional Female, Functional Mums, senior training, children's and youth training, and TLS Family, where parent and child train together. Personal training and the coached small-group format Never Train Alone (NTA) round out the timetable for those who want more individual follow-up.

The atmosphere is described as personal and social – the studio places emphasis on community and ensuring that members feel welcome regardless of their level. The owners Mari, Birgitta, Emily and Micke are actively involved in the day-to-day running, giving the place a family feel that sets it apart from anonymous large chains. A naprapathy clinic and massage treatments are available on site through Mälarö Naprapatverk, making it possible to combine training with rehabilitation and recovery.
