Medfit Farsta

MedFit in Farsta is a health and fitness facility of 1,460 m² that combines a gym, group training and personal training with rehabilitation and healthcare services under one roof. The offering covers strength and cardiovascular training in a modern gym setting, group exercise classes and personal training with certified personal trainers. In addition, there is access to licensed physiotherapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, dietitians and chiropractors — and no referral is needed to book an appointment.

The premises are described as bright and fit for purpose, with separate areas for healthcare, training and rehabilitation. All activities are instructor-led, with an emphasis on overall wellbeing rather than performance alone. What sets MedFit apart from an ordinary gym is its connection to Region Stockholm and the possibility of combining wellness with licensed healthcare, including physical activity on prescription (FaR).
