Mind2Muscle Training Center

Mind2Muscle Training Center in Sollentuna is a gym with a clear focus on strength, functional training and athletic performance, located in Stinsen Köpcentrum on Glimmervägen 10. The facility covers 1,300 square metres and houses equipment for weightlifting, strength training and mobility work.

The range of services includes gym membership, personal training in a 1-on-1 format with Ali or André Khaldi, as well as screenings and movement assessments that identify limitations before they develop into injuries. The atmosphere is deliberately non-hierarchical: no queues for machines, no anonymous membership numbers.

The gym admits a maximum of 200 new members per year in order to keep capacity under control, which creates a more personal environment than most commercial gyms.

Founders Ali and André Khaldi have backgrounds in hockey and martial arts; Ali has 45 years of training experience and certifications including Anatomy Trains In Motion, while André comes from the Ultimate Performance tradition with a specialisation in injury-free progression.

Former clients include NHL-drafted players such as Vilmer Alriksson (Vancouver Canucks) and Felix Nilsson (Nashville Predators). Suited to those who want structured strength or sport-specific training in a gym with a low threshold but high expertise, whether you are a recreational exerciser or a competitive athlete.
