MittGym Barkarby

MittGym Barkarby is a local gym in Järfälla, located at Viggengatan 7 in Barkarby, open every day from 05.00 to 23.00. The training offering spans cardio equipment including treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers, AMT, rowing machines and ski ergs from Precor, strength training on machines from Matrix, free weights, and a separate studio for group training and individual workouts with equipment from Casall. Personal training is included as part of the membership in the form of a PT introduction session.
