MittGym Telefonplan

MittGym Telefonplan is a local gym located at Tellusborgsvägen 90A in Hägersten, south of Stockholm. The facility offers a wide range of training equipment from well-known brands such as Matrix and Precor, including treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers, rowing machines and Wattbikes. In addition to cardio equipment, there is a well-equipped free weights area with squat racks, dumbbells, kettlebells and a hex bar, as well as a functional training area featuring, among other things, turf flooring, a sled and a punching bag.

The gym offers group training in the form of yoga, WOD and boxing, and all memberships include access to these classes. One of the more prominent instructors is Mikaela Laurén, six-time world boxing champion, who works as a personal trainer and group instructor. Personal training is available in several formats — individual, in pairs or in a small group — and a free 30-minute PT introduction is included when signing up for a membership.

Entry is via the GoActive app, which also functions as a key card. The gym is open daily 05–23 and also has a sauna. In addition to Telefonplan, MittGym operates facilities in Solna and Barkarby, and an add-on option provides access to all three gyms for a small additional cost per month.
