Nacka Dojo

Nacka Dojo in Nacka is a non-profit martial arts club with roots going back to 1982, offering a wide range of martial arts, physical conditioning and strength training for children, young people and adults. The timetable includes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Gi, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu No-Gi, Sport Ju-Jutsu, Thai Boxing, Boxing and Cross Ctrl, complemented by Yoga and strength training with personal training. For the youngest members there are classes such as Stor & Liten (ages 3–5) and Knatte Ju-Jitsu (ages 6–8).

The club is characterised by an inclusive and respectful atmosphere in which community is central. Training takes place in instructor-led groups, and the club also runs a competition-oriented team called Team Dynamix, with recurring events such as summer camps and competitive activity. As a non-profit association with over four decades of history, Nacka Dojo differs from commercial gyms — here, values and long-term commitment carry just as much weight as the technical content of the training.
