Nina Rico Coaching

Nina Rico is a personal trainer and wellness coach based in Solna, Stockholm, with over 30 years of experience in dance, pilates and mindful movement. The business is built around the concept B-Well by Nina, a holistic training programme that combines strength training, pilates, mobility, breathing exercises and dance technique to create long-term health and balance.

The training is individually tailored and is aimed particularly at women of all ages and fitness levels, whether the goal is rehabilitation, injury prevention, increased strength or improved mobility. Each session begins with a posture and movement analysis to lay the foundation for a bespoke programme. Services include personal training, pregnancy pilates in duo format and a free video consultation for new clients.

Nina Rico trained at Stockholm Pilates Center and from autumn 2025 is studying sports science and exercise physiology at Gymnastik- och idrottshögskolan. In addition to individual sessions, corporate services, events and retreats are also offered.
