Norrvikenyoga

Norrvikenyoga is located in Norrviken's town centre in Sollentuna and is run by two independent yoga teachers, Carina and Pia, who together offer a wide range of instructor-led classes under one roof. The timetable includes Yinyoga, Kundaliniyoga, Classical yoga (Hathayoga), Yoga (Hatha) Flow, and Yoga for back, neck and shoulders — classes spread across all weekdays with morning and evening times.

The studio is on the second floor of the centre, reachable by train or car, and entry is via a door code. The atmosphere is stripped-back and focused rather than trendy. Carina also offers online classes in Yoga for back, neck and shoulders every Friday, with a recording available for seven days — a practical option for those who cannot always attend in person.
