Oasen Bad & Motion

Oasen Bad & Motion is a fitness and swimming facility located on Kungsholmen in Stockholm, at Gjörwellsgatan 34. The facility offers a wide range of options suitable for both beginners and more experienced exercisers, with access to a pool for recreational swimming and rehabilitation, a well-equipped gym, and group fitness classes.

In addition to the core training options, the facility also offers X-fit with a dedicated cage, personal training with certified personal trainers, and a swimming school for children run in partnership with Trampoolin. The facility also offers health retreats for those wishing to combine exercise with recreation. Membership prices start from 420 kronor per month, and the wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) is accepted through partnerships with Epassi, Benify and Wellnet.

Oasen Bad & Motion is certified by FAR (Fysisk Aktivitet på Recept) and is a cashless facility. Classes can be booked via the facility's own online booking system. The facility is active on both Facebook and Instagram.
