Optimal Friskvård

Optimal Friskvård is a solo-run treatment practice located at Vasa Fysiocenter on Industrigatan 6 in Kungsholmen, a few minutes' walk from Fridhemsplan. Behind the practice is Camilla Sundblad, a certified massage therapist and personal trainer with 18 years of experience in massage and wellness. She holds Certificate Level 2 from Branschrådet Svensk Massage and is a member of Kroppsterapeuternas Yrkesförbund.

The practice focuses primarily on classic massage and therapeutic massage, individually tailored to each client's needs and preferences regarding pressure and approach. In addition, pregnancy massage is offered from week 12 of pregnancy onwards, with the option to lie on one's side or use support cushions. Treatments can be paid for through wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) portals such as Epassi, Benifex, Edenred and Söderberg & Partners.

Booking is done digitally via TimeCenter and regular appointment times are available on weekdays. Camilla also has training in nutritional guidance, health coaching and group fitness instruction, providing a broad knowledge base in wellness and health optimisation.
