Outdoor gym Alby is located at Alby friluftsgård in Tyresö, nestled within a nature reserve by Albysjön. The outdoor gym is built from wood and situated directly alongside a four-kilometre exercise trail, making it easy to combine strength training with a run through the forest.

Training takes place outdoors with no booking requirement or instructor-led classes – you train at your own pace using the equipment available on site.
