Pilates Flow STHLM

Pilates Flow STHLM is a Pilates studio in Vasastan, Stockholm, located at Torsgatan 33 one floor down. The studio offers reformer classes at several levels, mat courses for beginners, and specialised classes such as Gravidträning på reformern, Osteoporosklass på reformern and Seniorklasser på reformern.

In addition to group classes, private tuition and PT sessions tailored to individual needs are available, as well as the option of corporate classes at the employer's premises. Group sizes are kept deliberately small so that the instructor can give each participant individual guidance — a recurring theme in the studio's philosophy.

Teaching is instructor-led and follows a flow-based structure in which the exercises are linked together into a cohesive movement sequence. The instructor has additional training in Pilates during and after pregnancy, injury rehabilitation, and osteoporosis and bone fragility, and the studio also offers reformer classes in Greek with instructor Anna on Fridays.

Suitable for those who are beginners, recovering from injury, pregnant or seniors — or who simply prefer a calm and inclusive training environment with clear instruction.
