Qibyme studio

Qibyme studio is located in Stadshagen in Stockholm, close to Hornsbergs strand and with easy access to water and bathing jetties. The studio is run by a mother and daughter – Iza and Margit – and offers a wide range of treatments and holistic wellness.

The offering includes therapeutic massage, wellness massage (friskvårdsmassage), lymphatic massage, hot stone massage, cupping, reiki, sound healing, meditation and personal coaching. Courses and workshops are also arranged on an ongoing basis.

The atmosphere is calm and personal – meditation groups are held in a small format of no more than 8 people, and treatments are individually tailored to each person's needs and goals.

What sets Qibyme apart is the combination of body-oriented therapies and deeper coaching work: Iza is a trained massage therapist and KBT/ACT coach from Axelssons institut and Livscoachakademin, while Margit is, among other things, a qualified gong instructor, certified sound healer and licensed ACT and stress coach.

The studio's shop section sells essential oils, singing bowls, teas and accessories for self-care. Suitable for those seeking stress reduction, relaxation or personal development and who wish to work with body, emotion and mind as a whole.
