Recovery Room

Recovery Room is located in Skytteholm in Solna and offers a combination of training and recovery under one roof. The facility is divided into two sections: Recovery Gym, which focuses on strength and physical restoration, and Recovery Room, a calmer space for relaxation and low-intensity training, suitable for visits both alone and with others.

Recovery Room offers a wide range of wellbeing techniques. Infrared sauna, red light therapy, Rollshaper, compression boots and vibration plate are among the methods available. Each treatment targets different aspects of recovery and health, and it is possible to combine several services in a single visit.
