Runacademy

Runacademy is a running-focused training organisation based in Liljeholmen, Stockholm, offering structured running training for participants at all levels. Its activities revolve around running groups in over 100 locations across Sweden, running technique courses, personal run coaching and corporate training. For those who prefer to train independently, an online membership is available, including training programmes, instructional videos and coached sessions via audio files. In addition, running trips and camps are organised for those who want to combine training with adventure.

The groups are divided by level, and sessions are led by coaches with a solid running background. Runacademy was founded in 2013 by Petra Kindlund — herself an elite runner with achievements across distances ranging from 400 metres up to ultra — which sets a clear standard for the level of expertise in the coaching. The organisation also runs the sports club Runacademy IF, giving members the opportunity to compete under the club's banner.
