Sandra Janson Yoga

Sandra Janson is a yoga teacher based in Östermalm, Stockholm, with classes held across several well-known studios in the area. These include Altromondo in Lidingö, Yogayama on Jungfrugatan, Yogamana on Grevturegatan, and Sturebadet in Sturegallerian. The timetable covers Hatha, Yin and Yin & Pranayama, with sessions spread throughout the week in the mornings and at lunchtime.

In addition to the regular group classes, Sandra Janson offers personal yoga coaching for individuals as well as tailored yoga programmes for companies. The aim is to give employees a tool for stress management, a sense of community and greater presence in their working day. Children's yoga for ages 7–12 is also part of the schedule, where movement and relaxation are introduced in a playful way.

Yoga courses at various levels are also available – a beginner's course, an intermediate course and an intensive option – as well as retreats both in Sweden and abroad. The courses are aimed at everyone from beginners to practitioners with prior experience who wish to deepen their practice.
