Solbrännans outdoor gym

Solbrännan's outdoor gym is a municipal outdoor gym in the park Solbrännan in Älvsjö, located at the corner of Götalandsvägen and Folkparksvägen. The gym offers seven pieces of equipment in wood and metal, two of which are movable, with exercises including lat pulldowns, deadlifts, dips, pull-ups, sit-ups, shoulder press, squats, box jumps and push-ups.

The setting is open and free to use without booking or charge. Lighting is available on site, making it possible to train even during darker hours. Nearby there is a skate park and a barbecue area, and Älvsjö station is roughly a five-minute walk away.

Suitable for those who want to fit in a quick functional outdoor workout without a gym membership or fixed schedule – ideally combined with a run in the area.
