Stockholm Pilates Center Östermalm

Stockholm Pilates Center is an established boutique studio in Östermalm offering a wide range of movement-based training for all levels. Classes span from Reformer Pilates and Matwork to Garuda, Total Barre® and Feldenkrais — as well as specialist courses such as Baby Reformer, Pilates60+ and the intensive Reformer Boost Series. Beginners' courses in both Reformer and Matwork are offered each term, and for those who prefer to train digitally there is a dedicated online studio.

The format varies between open classes, term courses and personal training (PT), including PT Gravid and PT Garuda Apparatus. The studio has a clear focus on method-based movement rather than general fitness, and is also an authorised training venue for Garuda® instructors. A Premium membership additionally gives access to the sister studio Remedy in Östermalm.
