Stance Training

Stance Training is a martial arts club in Skärholmen in southern Stockholm, based at Skärholmen Centrum. The club offers training for children, young people and adults from the age of four and upwards. Classes are rooted in martial arts and combined with strength and conditioning training, providing a varied and progressive training experience for both beginners and more experienced practitioners.

Adjacent to the training space, the club also runs a martial arts shop where members and visitors can find equipment and accessories for martial arts training, as well as drinks and protein bars for energy before or after class. The equipment is supplied in partnership with Fighter-Sport, and the operation is run with support from Multicoach and in collaboration with Skärholmen Centrum.

Membership is registered through the club's booking system SportAdmin, and the current timetable and prices are available on the website. The club is active on Instagram, where it shares updates from training sessions and club activities. Situated in the heart of the shopping centre, Stance Training is an easily accessible option for families and residents in Skärholmen and the surrounding area who want to train martial arts together or individually.
